The spacious interior of a loft apartment with a rooftop terrace and sauna was a unique request that allowed for the testing of new ideas in interior design. The entire apartment features a uniform smoked oak wooden parquet floor. This rustic touch is complemented by wall paneling made of smoked oak veneered panels in the representative spaces of the entrance hall and living room. In contrast to this unified palette, ochre details are used for chair upholstery, curtains, or a completely atypical custom-made rounded hood that hides storage areas. In the case of the kitchen, this color range is supplemented with granite worktops and backsplashes made of Breccia Imperiale.

An interesting element became the waterproof wallpaper with KOI carp that accompanies all the sanitary rooms. It complements the overall palette of the apartment and connects the interior with the wine-colored detail of the apartment building. The rest of the bathroom and toilet are rationally supplemented with white ceramics and black details of furnishings or accessories.

Artworks in the form of color-coordinated photographs by the Brno-based photographer Jiří Kolbaba became an important complementary element of the interior. The interior is also complemented by quality furniture in the form of chairs from the company Thonet, historic TON S411 chairs, or Persian carpets.
